SEED - A Coaching Framework
A clear, grounded path from overwhelm to clarity, purpose, and intentional action.
My SEED coaching program helps you move from feeling overwhelmed to grounded, focused, and aligned with what you actually want. Your time and attention are two of your most valuable resources. If you’ve landed on this page, something likely feels out of alignment with how you spend these resources and what your authentic self is longing for. Together, we slow things down, get clear, reconnect with the parts of you that have been overwhelmed by life, and design an intentional path forward—with a focus on your well-being and growth.
SEED follows four stages:
1. STATE – Get Clear on What’s Not Working
This stage builds awareness. Using guided discussion, values and character assessments, and reflective journal prompts, we identify where you’re feeling stuck, what’s draining your energy, and what you want more (and less) of in your daily life.
We explore questions like:
Where are you stuck?
What would you do differently if fear weren’t running the show?
What do you need to keep, and what can you release?
When are you saying yes when you mean no?
Where are limiting beliefs holding you back?
How do you want to feel when you wake up?
In what ways do you want to grow?
Outcome: A grounded understanding of your current reality and what needs to shift.
2. EXCAVATE – Reconnect with the Parts of Self You’ve Lost Along the Way
Mary Oliver said it best: “attention without feeling… is only a report,” In this stage, we dig deeper to unearth parts available for rediscovery. We focus on your emotional, physical, and creative self.
We explore questions like:
Where have you lost yourself along the way?
What parts of yourself do you want to reconnect with?
What story is your body carrying?
Is there strength in your difference?
What is your body asking you to see?
What did you dream about when you were a child?
Outcome: Greater self-compassion, a stronger internal foundation, and increased connection to your inner voice.
3. EXPLORE – Imagine Possibilities Without Limits
Now that you’re clearer and more connected to yourself, we open up space for imagining what could be.
With clarity and reconnection as your foundation, this stage is about widening the lens. Here, we gently challenge old assumptions and open space for creativity, curiosity, and vision. EXPLORE is where you start to imagine a life that reflects your values, honors your energy, and feels expansive rather than constricting.
We suspend the “how” for a moment and focus on the “what” and the “why.” This is a generative space—part dreaming, part reflecting, part experimentation. You’ll learn to recognize the difference between your inner critic and your inner knowing, and to choose possibility over perfection.
Questions we might explore:
What feels possible now that didn’t before?
If you weren’t worried about disappointing anyone, what would you choose?
What ideas keep returning, no matter how often you push them aside?
What experiment—or tiny risk—would feel exciting to try?
If your inner voice had the mic for five uninterrupted minutes, what would she say?
Where is life inviting you to expand?
Outcome:
A broadened perspective, renewed creativity, and a clearer sense of what’s possible for your life. By the end of this stage, you’ll have a constellation of ideas, desires, and next directions—some bold, some gentle, all aligned with who you’re becoming.
Outcome: Expanded perspective, fresh ideas, and renewed creativity around what’s possible for your life.
4. DESIGN – Create Your Plan + Build Accountability
This is where insight becomes action. We turn what you’ve discovered into a flexible, sustainable plan.
What we build together:
Clear, achievable goals (SMART when needed)
A prioritized action plan
Boundary-setting + communication strategies
Accountability structures to keep things moving
Realistic rhythms that fit your actual life
A resilience plan for setbacks and overwhelm
Celebrations + integration to solidify change
Outcome: A personalized roadmap for living with more intention, fulfillment, and balance.
